Pre-Healing with Amla

Did you know that this teeny tiny fruit, the Indian gooseberry has nine times as much Vitamin C as compared to that present in an orange? And yes, not only is this true but its also true that besides being a Vitamin C bomb amla is rich in a variety of minerals and enzymes that lend the fruit its miraculous healing powers.
When you eat an amla or drink its juice you feel as if you are being taken for a taste roller coaster ride as you experience a variety of tastes ranging from the exceedingly sour to the pleasant sweet. This plethora of tastes in such a small fruit is attributed to the presence of a variety of complex enzymes, vitamins, proteins and minerals that have given this fruit the power to cure not only simple disorders as stomach upsets but diseases like cancer too!

The juice of the fresh fruit is cooling for the body, good for the kidneys, purifies blood, is anti ageing and anti-carcinogenic, besides being a good appetizer  It is also a heart tonic, tonic for the brain and a memory booster, prevents the disorders of the stomach and intestines, useful in chronic diarrhea  and for the convalescent. There is a lot of research going on to learn more about this small storehouse of remedies and powerhouse of cures.
Our ancestors were well aware of the miraculous properties of Amla.  Amla is one of the key ingredients of the highly efficacious and rejuvenating Chavanprash. Amla plays a pivotal role in Kaya Kalpa Therapy too ( Anti Aging and Rejuvenation Therapy ). It has the property to heal diseases even before they manifest and if you go through the exhaustive list of diseases that Amla can cure then I doubt if there is any disease it cannot heal !!!
Besides consuming the fruit or its juice for health benefits, Amla finds a place in Indian cuisine as a taste enhancer and an ingredient of pickles and chutneys. Surprisingly ,sun dried amla retains all its nutritive powers and can be substituted when fresh fruit is not available.

Juice of the fruit can be used for making a refreshing and healing Sherbet . To make the Sherbet, juice extracted from the fruit is filtered, diluted with water to suit ones taste and then sweetened with  honey. This amla juice is a very good cooling drink, a restorative tonic and an excellent antioxidant cocktail.
To help detoxify your body as well as help rejuvenate the liver you can add 2 teaspoonfuls of Ginger juice to this juice and take it twice daily on an empty stomach about 15 minutes before breakfast / dinner.

To one cup of diluted fresh Amla juice , add 4 to 5 tablespoons of Holy Basil juice. Take this juice twice everyday for 45 days. It has the power to cure any respiratory ailment. Yes ANY !!!

To summarize Amla is a fruit that can help the body restore its balance. It not only provides nutrition, but also protects the cells and tissues from stress and damage, besides being an excellent restorative and healing tonic.

Given below are SOME of the Dis-eases that this fruit can help overcome:

Directions for Consuming the Fruit
If possible, try to procure the fresh fruit and use its juice for a 45 day healing course. This will help arrest, reverse and even completely heal just about any disease mentioned above - including cancers*.
You can also use Amla Powder aka Amla Churan in places where the fresh fruit is not available. Use 1 tsp of  dried fruit powder  for making your super power cocktail. Soak the powder in about 200ml of warm water, stir it well and let stand for a couple of hours ( 4-6 hrs). If you are game, its best to stir all the contents of the glass and drink the powdery juice, however for those of you who are fussy about the taste and texture of your juices, you could decant the liquid and discard the powder which would have settled to the bottom of the container.
Also make it a habit to partake Amla Supari after every meal to ensure that you get a healthy regular dose of this miraculous fruit. Doing so will help you preheal most of the diseases  mentioned above and many more even before they manifest in your reality.

* Whilst you can cure any disease by using Amla Juice therapy you also need to integrate it with Holistic Lifestyle Modification. For diseases that have manifested because of toxic overload, sheer neglect and abuse of the human

Purva-Tapa and Pre-Healing

( Meanings of certain Sanskrit as well as IT jargon used in this article can be found at the bottom of this post )       One of the greatest battles ever fought was about to begin.  The armies on both the sides were ready, waiting for a sign so that they could hurl themselves on to each other.  This war was being fought between members of the same clan. They were all related and many had to make a painful choice of picking one side versus the other. In fact most weren't even enemies . A war that was being fought because those who were in power turned a blind eye to the  festering hatred, ego issues, greed, jealousy and the unethical practices of their close kith and kin who abused the power that they had access to.. This was a unique war.  The war had not even begun, but Arjuna had already visualized the end of the war.  He saw the battlefield strewn with bodies of his beloved relatives. No longer did victory mean mu...

Welcome to Prehealing Blog

Hello. I am Das. In Sanskrit, my name carries a simple, profound meaning: "Servant." And it is in that spirit of service that I offer my thoughts and research to you today. For as long as I can remember, I have been passionately driven by a single, powerful question: What if we could reverse the effects of aging? This pursuit has been my life's work, a deep dive into the very nature of time, biology, and vitality. Over the years, the fog of mystery has begun to clear, and I have found answers—not just on how to slow down the clock, but on how to address the age-related challenges that so many of us have come to accept as inevitable. This journey of discovery led me to a fundamental realization about our own existence. We truly have only two states of being: we are either "At-Ease" or in a state of "Dis-Ease." The state that manifests most dominantly in your life is not a matter of fate, but a matter of choice. It is your lifestyle that acts as the gen...
